HALO Digital, Cyber and Innovation Park is a pioneering example of sustainable urban development in Scotland. Situated on a 23-acre brownfield site, which was once home to the Johnnie Walker Scotch Whisky distillery, today, HALO is redefining the landscape of mixed-use developments, whilst championing the ethos of net zero carbon footprint.

The Glass
COOL-LITE® XTREME 70/33 applies a triple silver layer to PLANICLEAR® glass using cathodic sputtering under vacuum conditions. This advanced technology achieves remarkable selectivity of up to 2.25, delivering superior solar control while maintaining a neutral aesthetic.
COOL-LITE® XTREME 70/33 contributes to the creation of comfortable interior spaces by addressing various factors such as aesthetics, interior design, noise levels, and natural light. As part of the Saint-Gobain solar control and thermal insulation range, it can also be used with our STADIP® Silence and STADIP® Protect range to provide additional benefits like noise reduction and enhanced safety and security.
The benefits of COOL-LITE® XTREME 70/33 include:
- High light transmission of up to 70% to help maximise daylight.
- Low solar factor of only 0.33 which helps to reduce cooling loads and the potential requirement for air conditioning within a building.
- Excellent centre pane U-value of 1.0W/m2K; delivering excellent thermal insulation and helping to drive energy savings.
